Something didn't convert right?
Tell us the source and target format, the file size, and what went wrong (error message, wrong output, visual artifacts). Please don't email the file itself unless we ask — describing it is usually enough to reproduce the issue.
Requesting a format or feature?
Format requests drive our roadmap. Tell us the pair you need (for example, TIFF to WebP or OGG to FLAC batch conversion) and what you're using it for — the use case helps us prioritize.
Privacy or security question?
Questions about how files are processed, what's stored (short answer: almost nothing), or how deletion works are always welcome. Security researchers: please use the same address with 'SECURITY' in the subject line.

Include the page URL you were on (for example, a specific /convert/ page) — it helps us find the exact conversion engine involved. We never ask for your files, passwords, or payment details by email.
