Why does my converted EPUB's text flow strangely?

Will images and headings carry over?
Yes — embedded images re-embed in the EPUB, and detected headings become real heading markup, which also builds the e-reader's navigation. Decorative layout elements are dropped, which usually improves e-reader display.
